Century Square is the third of the three malls in Tampines Central, close to Tampines MRT and the bus interchange by its own description. It is the smallest of the three for food, but it is the one that stays open: SUKIYA, Texas Chicken and The Coffee Bean run 24 hours and HaiDiLao serves till 4am, all by the mall's own directory.
Basement 1 holds 20 of the 47 places, most of them takeaway counters: Ya Kun, Maki-San, Dickson Nasi Lemak, KAZO and a row of dessert and bakery kiosks around the FairPrice Finest. Level 1 has the dim sum and the 24-hour gyudon, Levels 2 and 3 the sit-down restaurants and the Food Market food court. Every place below carries its unit number and, where the mall publishes it, opening hours, straight from the mall's own store directory.

Kaya toast, soft-boiled eggs and kopi, the breakfast counter in the basement. Ya Kun's own store finder lists this outlet at #B1-21, 7.30am to 9pm daily with last order half an hour before closing, half an hour later than the mall directory. Opens two and a half hours before the mall, so it is the pre-work breakfast for the whole of Tampines Central.

Build-your-own sushi rolls and salads, halal certified by the mall directory. Maki-San's own locations page lists this outlet at #B1-26, 10am to 9.30pm, slightly longer than the mall directory gives. The quick lunch when you want to pick every ingredient yourself.

Durian pastries made with pure durian puree and no added sugar, by the brand's own description, halal certified. Four Seasons' own contact page lists this outlet at #B1-30. 11am to 9pm by the mall directory. Pastries for the train home; ask the counter what came in fresh that day.

Nasi lemak with the ayam goreng berempah that the brand built its name on. Dickson's own site lists this outlet as takeaway only, #B1-32, 10.30am to 9pm daily, a narrower window than the mall directory gives. Takeaway only by its own site, so carry it upstairs to the Food Market or home.

Taiwanese bakery: crispy cream puffs, polo buns and baked cheese tarts by the mall listing, halal certified by the mall directory. KAZO's own site lists this outlet at #B1-39. 10am to 10pm by the mall directory. Buy the cream puffs by the box and eat one before you reach the escalator.

The Jalan Besar dim sum name in its express format on Level 1. Swee Choon's own outlet list gives this one 8am to 10pm daily with last order at 9.30pm, dine-in, takeaway and delivery all day, an hour earlier than the mall directory says. That makes it the dim sum breakfast before the mall itself opens at 10.

Dim sum done the old Chinatown teahouse way, by the brand's own description: Nanyang style baskets and a dish they call the 4 Beauties. Soup Restaurant's own site confirms this outlet at #01-20. Weekends open an hour earlier at 10am by the mall directory, so it works as a late breakfast on a Sunday.

Gyudon and Japanese curry rice, halal certified, and open 24 hours. SUKIYA's own location page lists this outlet at 24 hours daily with a breakfast menu from 5am to 11am. The chain calls itself Japan's number one beef bowl. Cheap, fast and the answer at 2am in Tampines when nothing else is.

Prawn vadai from a stall that says it has been frying them since 1989. Its own store page lists this outlet at 9am to 8.45pm daily, two hours earlier to open than the mall directory. A bag of three is a walk-to-the-MRT snack, not a meal. Halal certified by the mall directory.

Handmade curry puffs from the brand whose logo says established 1979, with 18 spices in the filling by the mall listing. Tip Top's own outlets page lists Century Square. Opens 8am by the mall directory, so this is the breakfast puff on the way into the station. Halal certified by the mall directory.

Lanzhou beef noodles, halal. We could not find a website of its own, so this is what the mall directory says: #01-42, 11am to 10pm daily, halal meats and a 15 spice stock in the broth. A solo lunch bowl, and the cheapest hot sit-down meal on Level 1.

Fish and chips with a choice of crisps and sauces, by its own description, halal certified by the mall directory. Its own store list gives this outlet 11am to 9.30pm with last order at 9pm, and it takes table bookings online. Portions are big, so one basket between two kids is enough.

Sushi, sashimi and set meals at mid-range prices, the Japanese restaurant for a family dinner that does not want a conveyor belt. Ichiban Boshi's own locations page lists this outlet at #02-29, 11am to 10pm daily, while the mall directory gives the full unit as #02-17/18/29 and an 11.30am weekday open. Go with the shop on hours.

Hot pot with the soup bases, meats and handmade noodles you pick yourself, and the service it is known for. The mall directory lists it at #02-22, 10.30am to 4am daily, which makes it the latest sit-down dinner in Tampines Central by a long way. HaiDiLao's own site would not load for us, so these are the mall's figures. Bring a group and go after 9pm if you want a table without a wait.

The food court, on Level 3. Food Junction's own outlets page lists it as The Food Market at Century Square, #03-19, 10am to 10pm. Market style stalls cooking to order by the mall listing. The cheapest sit-down meal in the building and the easiest with a tray and a toddler.

Conveyor belt sushi, with plates from $1.50++ by the mall listing. Sushi Express's own locations page gives this outlet as #03-20/21 and #03-30, 11am to 9.30pm daily with last order at 9pm, half an hour earlier than the mall directory. The cheap sushi fix for teenagers after school.

Cheap Italian from the Japanese chain: pasta, pizza, a drink bar, and a bill that stays low for a family. Saizeriya's own restaurant search lists this outlet at #03-32/33. 11am to 10pm by the mall directory. The place when four people want to eat for the price of two elsewhere.

Fried chicken and honey-butter biscuits, halal certified, and the mall's other 24-hour kitchen. Texas Chicken's own locations page lists this outlet at #05-03, 24 hours. Level 5 is a long way up for a snack, but it is the only place to eat on that floor in the mall's directory.
The 18 above are the ones we would send a friend to. For completeness, here is the rest of Century Square's food directory, 29 more places, 47 in total. 16 of the 47 are halal certified. Unit numbers and halal certification come from Century Square's own store directory and are re-checked daily, last on 7 October 2026. Opening hours are the ones the directory publishes and change without notice.

They are three separate malls a few minutes apart in Tampines Central, and people walk between all three in one trip. Tampines 1 is the one right beside the MRT and bus interchange, with Cold Storage and Don Don Donki. Tampines Mall is the oldest, opened in 1995, with the cinema and the Kopitiam food court. Century Square is the smallest of the three for food and the late-night one: SUKIYA, Texas Chicken and The Coffee Bean run 24 hours and HaiDiLao till 4am by its own directory, with FairPrice Finest in the basement.
