The Woodlands bazaar ran from 2 to 28 October 2025 on the open space beside Woodlands MRT, organised by TLK Events, and our verdict in the reel was that the food this time was pretty damn good. That is not a line we use at every pasar malam. This page is the full round-up of what was good across the stalls we tried, which were Sugar Mama Lah, Famous Minipancake, Ministry of Spud and Skuqa Bites by Shaz. The run has ended; the stall-by-stall prices from the December 2025 edition and the Ministry of Spud deep dive have their own pages, linked below.
It ran until 28 October 2025. We keep the page up because people still search for it and the details are worth having, but do not make the trip on the strength of this article. For what is actually on right now, see things to do this weekend.
Count the containers in our photo and you get the spread. Two Ministry of Spud trays in their navy M.O.S boxes: a mac and cheese zigzagged with bang bang sauce and a brown chilli with chunks of meat. A long box of loaded fries under cheese sauce. A white box of mini rolls, a foil tray of something crumbly, a tiramisu tray with a cocoa top, and a square Biscoff slice in a Sugar Mama Lah box. Two tall drinks at the back, one purple and one green, with Soda Pop Marshmallow Ice Cream labels.
We did the baked potatoes properly in our Ministry of Spud at Woodlands bazaar page, so the short version here: the mac and cheese with bang bang sauce is our pick of the two trays, and the chilli is the one to order if you want a meal rather than a snack. The Biscoff slice is the dessert pick. The loaded fries are a side, not a reason to come.
Sugar Mama Lah does tiramisu trays, cake slices and souffle and has a shop at 96 Arab Street, Level 2, which its Instagram bio lists along with MUIS halal certification. Famous Minipancake is exactly what the name says. Skuqa Bites by Shaz's own Instagram highlights run hotteok, popiah, meringue and shepherd's pie. Ministry of Spud is the loaded baked potato stall that turns up at most TLK bazaars.
The organiser's collab posts for this run also tagged @shiokboil.sg for seafood boil, @alpapistacos, @1litre_sg, @twoguys850 and @kwazykorndog, so the line-up was bigger than our four. We did not try those, so no verdict on them.
If you want numbers, the next Woodlands run two months later is the one we filmed boards at: briyani from $8.50, matcha from $8, tiramisu from $10.90, in our Woodlands MRT pasar malam December 2025 prices. Treat those as a guide, not this edition's prices, which we did not film.
This bazaar has ended, but the crew moves as a pack. When we checked on 20 October 2026, Ministry of Spud's bio listed Punggol MRT from 30 September to 31 October, 1pm to 10pm, and Yishun MRT from 19 October to 3 November, 2pm to 10pm. Sugar Mama Lah's bio listed the same two, Punggol MRT to 31 October and Yishun MRT to 3 November. Skuqa Bites listed the TLK Punggol MRT run, 30 September to 30 October, 3pm to 10pm.
So if you read this and want the same table, Punggol MRT beside Waterway Point is the place this month, and Woodlands will get its turn again. Follow @tlkevents for the dates, or our blog where we post the prices the week a pasar malam opens.
· Order one Ministry of Spud tray per two people. They are heavier than they look, and you want room for dessert.
· Hot food queues build at dinner time at every TLK bazaar. Get the trays first, then dessert and drinks while they cool.
· Prices here were not filmed. Use the December 2025 Woodlands price list as a rough guide and expect small changes.
· The same stalls were at Punggol MRT and Yishun MRT in October 2026, per their own bios. Check before travelling.

Ministry of Spud's mac and cheese with bang bang sauce, with the Sugar Mama Lah Biscoff slice as the dessert pick.
Not this edition. TLK Events runs new dates at Woodlands a few times a year, so check @tlkevents on Instagram for the current list.
Sugar Mama Lah's own Instagram bio lists MUIS halal certification. Check the stall's cert on site if it matters to you.
