Ministry of Spud at Woodlands Bazaar, Oct 2025: What They Served
Ministry of Spud had a stall at the Woodlands bazaar beside Woodlands MRT from 2 to 28 October 2025, per our post. We filmed the baked potatoes being loaded, and the caption was just us admitting we were hungry again from watching it back.
What was on the counter
Baked potatoes split open and loaded to the edge. Chilli con carne with beans, egg mayo with a zigzag of bang bang sauce, and a brown curry-style topping with chunks of meat, all in their navy M.O.S trays.

Where they went next
They move. After Woodlands they turned up at Christmas outside Takashimaya, where we ordered the egg mayo and chilli con carne, and in 2026 at Sembawang with a chilli con nachos.
The Woodlands bazaar itself came back in December 2025, and we filmed the stall prices at that one.
