Tolido's Espresso Nook is an all-day breakfast cafe at 462 Crawford Lane #01-63, a few minutes on foot from Lavender MRT, and the order is the rösti, the pandan pancakes and the 462 Prawn Laksa Pasta. In October 2025 we ran the Eventful Coin there, so this reel, with 'this is insane' over a table of six plates, was our excuse to show the food. The coin flip ended on 31 October 2025. The plates are still on the menu.
The reel is one table: a rösti under a sunny egg, a stack of green pandan pancakes with a scoop of ice cream, a plate of stout-glazed bacon, sliced avocado with smoked salmon, a bowl of prawn pasta in an orange laksa sauce, and an iced coffee. Everything on it is still on Tolido's own ordering menu as of 20 October 2026.
The rösti is the one to get. It is their signature, a shredded russet potato pancake fried crisp at the edges, with a sunny egg and either chicken cheesy sausages or smoked pork bratwurst, $18 to $22 on their delivery menu depending on the sausage. The Avo & Omega version, with avocado and smoked salmon instead, was the heads prize in our coin flip and worth $24 at the time. The Pandan Pancakes come with vanilla or coconut ice cream and gula melaka sauce ($15), and the menu says they were made permanent after the response since SG50, same as the 462 Prawn Laksa Pasta ($20), a coconut-rich sambal laksa sauce with prawns. The Stout-glazed Bacon French Toast ($20) is brioche, mascarpone and Guinness-glazed bacon with maple syrup. Delivery prices can differ from dine-in, so treat these as a guide. Our advice: one rösti each, one pancake stack for the table, because after a rösti nobody finishes their own.
The address is 462 Crawford Lane #01-63, Singapore 190462, on the ground floor of the HDB block behind Crawford Street. Lavender MRT on the East West Line is the nearest station, about a five-minute walk. Their Instagram bio says CDC vouchers are accepted, parking is at the HDB or the Textile Centre, and there is pet-friendly seating. The phone number on their ordering page is 6293 0382.
Hours have shifted since our post. In October 2025 we listed 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, closed Wednesday, and 8am to 5pm Friday to Sunday. On 20 October 2026 Tolido's own ordering page lists 9am to 3.30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 9am to 4.30pm Friday to Sunday, and nothing for Wednesday. So the Wednesday closure still looks to be on, and the 8am start may be gone. If you are planning an early breakfast, call first. Weekend late mornings are the busy slot in our experience, so go before 10.30am or after 2pm.
From 2 to 31 October 2025, a $60 dine-in spend before GST and service charge earned one flip of the Eventful Coin. Heads won the Avo & Omega Rösti, worth $24, dine-in only. Tails won the Bandung Matcha, worth $8, dine-in or takeaway. It was capped at 100 redemptions and CDC vouchers counted towards the $60. It was the first place the coin relaunched at, because we had been eating there for years before we asked them. The step-by-step rules, which apply at every coin partner, are in how an Eventful Coin flip works.
· Closed on Wednesdays as far as we can tell. Check their Instagram before a midweek trip.
· Hours on their own page now start at 9am, not 8am. Do not turn up at 8 expecting the door open.
· The rösti portions are big. Share the pancakes.
· CDC vouchers are accepted, per their bio, which makes the $20 mains easier.

On 20 October 2026 their own ordering page listed 9am to 3.30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm Friday to Sunday, with no Wednesday hours. Call 6293 0382 to confirm before an early visit.
It was closed on Wednesdays during our October 2025 campaign, and their own page listed no Wednesday hours when we checked in October 2026. Treat Wednesday as closed unless their Instagram says otherwise.
