Sushi Plus ran an all-you-can-eat buffet for $35 nett a person, or $60 nett for two, on Tuesdays 9, 16 and 23 September 2025, only at Tampines 1 and 313@Somerset. Sessions ran 12pm to 6pm with last entry at 5pm and a 60-minute limit per table. Those dates are over, so this is the record of that edition and what to check before you assume it is back.
It ran until 23 September 2025. We keep the page up because people still search for it and the details are worth having, but do not make the trip on the strength of this article. For what is actually on right now, see things to do this weekend.
Nett meant $35 was the whole bill, no service charge or GST on top, which is rare for a sit-down sushi buffet in town. The pair price of $60 brought it to $30 a head. You turned up on one of the three Tuesdays between 12pm and 5pm, got seated, and had 60 minutes from the first plate. Our caption said Sushi Plus had just brought the buffet back, so even in September 2025 it was a returning promo rather than a one-off.
Sushi Plus is Sushi Express's upgraded conveyor belt brand. Its menu page on sushiexpress.com.sg lists nine categories and around a hundred items, including abalone, scallop, sea urchin and bluefin tuna belly in the Plus Specials, so a 60-minute buffet is a real price gap on normal plate pricing. Our advice: 60 minutes goes fast. Decide what you want before you sit, go for the sashimi and nigiri first and leave the fried bites for the last ten minutes, because they fill you up for nothing. More sushi and shabu buffets with checked prices are in our Japanese buffets guide.
Sushi Express's own locations page lists three Sushi Plus outlets: 313@Somerset at 313 Orchard Road #B3-28/29, Tampines 1 at 10 Tampines Central 1 #B1-04, and Bugis Junction at 200 Victoria Street #02-53. All three open 11am to 9.30pm daily with last orders at 9pm. The September 2025 buffet was at Somerset and Tampines only, not Bugis Junction, and it was walk-in.
We could not confirm a current edition on Sushi Express's own channels when we checked on 20 October 2026. The brand's site has no promotions page, its Instagram account for Sushi Plus is private, and the @sushiexpresssg posts from September and October 2026 were about other offers. Sushi Express tends to announce these a few days ahead on @sushiexpresssg and in the Sushi Express SG app, so check there before planning a Tuesday around it. If you want a buffet you can book today, our buffets by price list has 15 with prices checked against each venue.
ยท Last entry was an hour before close. Arriving at 5.15pm on a buffet day meant no buffet.
ยท Go in pairs. The $60 for two beat two singles at $35.
ยท Sashimi and nigiri first, fried items last. The clock is the real limit, not your stomach.
$35 nett per person or $60 nett for two in September 2025, with no GST or service charge on top.
Tampines 1 (#B1-04) and 313@Somerset (#B3-28/29) only. The Bugis Junction outlet was not part of it.
On Tuesdays 9, 16 and 23 September 2025, 12pm to 6pm, with last entry at 5pm and 60 minutes per table.
We could not confirm a current edition on Sushi Express's own site or Instagram as of 20 October 2026. It has returned before, so watch @sushiexpresssg and the Sushi Express SG app for the next announcement.
