Shake Shack Singapore brought back its White Truffle menu on 15 October 2026, with four items made with real white truffle sauce: the White Truffle Burger, White Truffle 'Shroom, White Truffle Chicken and White Truffle Fries. It is on at Shake Shack outlets now, and Shake Shack has not published an end date.
White Truffle Burger: a quarter-pound 100% Angus beef patty with emmental, real white truffle sauce and crispy onions on a potato bun. Single or double. White Truffle 'Shroom: the crisp-fried portobello stuffed with Monterey Jack, Tilsiter and Colby, with lettuce and truffle sauce. White Truffle Chicken: crispy chicken breast or thigh with truffle sauce, arugula and pickled shallot. White Truffle Fries: crinkle cuts with grated parmesan and a side of the sauce.
