4 Elements, an immersive five-course dinner show with projections on your table, opens at ANTI:DOTE in Fairmont Singapore from Wednesday 4 November 2026. The Classic menu is SGD 188 a person, shows run Wednesday to Sunday on the November booking calendar, and there are lunch and dinner sessions.
It is a dinner where the table is the screen. 360-degree projections play across the tablecloth and plates, and each course is tied to one element: earth, fire, water and air. The organiser describes it as neither a restaurant nor a theatre but both, and guests take part in the story instead of just watching. It already runs in Hong Kong and Edmonton, and Singapore is the third city.

How much it costs and what you eat
The Singapore page lists the Classic menu at SGD 188. There are also Premium, Vegetarian and Kids menus; the Kids menu is for ages 6 to 12 with free-flow orange or apple juice.
The Classic menu runs: parmesan rosemary popcorn to start, an amuse-bouche of dried beef with heirloom tomato, then Earth (petit legumes and rainbow roots), Fire (wagyu beef fillet with potato espuma and truffle crunch), a lemongrass palate cleanser, Water (roast black cod with Hokkaido scallop and XO fried rice) and Air (a Grand Cru cocoa dessert). Premium adds shaved black truffle and a lobster tail. The organiser says the menu may change with the season.

The November 2026 calendar opens on 4 November and runs Wednesday to Sunday. Tables seat 4 to 8, and if you book for two you may be seated with other guests, which the organiser frames as part of the fun. Book on the 4 Elements Singapore site.
