Shake Shack Singapore launched its French Onion menu in January 2026, and our pick was the French Onion Shack Stack at 9/10. The onion rings got 8/10, the two burgers 7/10 each, and the Parmesan Garlic Fries 6/10. "W launch" was our verdict: W as in win.
French Onion Shack Stack, 9/10. A beef patty with Gruyere and caramelised onions, plus a whole fried 'Shroom Burger stacked in. Honestly the one you should get. We paid $18.20 for it.
Onion Rings, 8/10. Not too oily, and very good dunked in the sauce. French Onion Soup Burger, 7/10, it was missing a bit of crunch. French Onion 'Shroom Burger, 7/10, basically a deep-fried mushroom full of cheese, so hard to hate. Parmesan Garlic Fries, 6/10. Decent, but at the end of the day they are just fries.
