Carnivore Brazilian Churrascaria is closing, but later than planned: its final day of service is now Sunday 3 January 2027, and it officially closes on 4 January 2027. The restaurant says its landlord agreed to extend its stay by three months after customers asked, so the Robertson Quay buffet keeps grilling through Christmas and New Year.
Carnivore's own notice, titled "The Grand Finale: Extended", says the grills continue to fire till 3 January 2027 and the restaurant officially closes on 4 January 2027. It thanks diners for "3 more months", so the original plan was to close around early October.
Carnivore has been serving rodizio in Singapore since 2005. Its passadors walk skewers from the grill to your table and carve at the table, which is the whole show. How much is the Carnivore buffet
Carnivore's site lists the buffet at $89++ per adult, $20++ for children 0.9m to 1.3m, and free for kids under 0.9m. Each seating is 90 minutes. On the skewers: picanha (beef rump cap), beef short ribs, brisket, leg of lamb, house-made sausages, roast pork belly, bacon-wrapped chicken and grilled pineapple, plus a side buffet that changes every two weeks.
For the farewell, it is also running an "Obrigado Singapura" finale season price of $50++ on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) and $60++ on weekends (Friday to Sunday), reservations only. Carnivore notes discounts may change or end without notice and excludes festive dates, so confirm the price when you book.
Opening hours and how to book
Dinner runs Monday to Thursday 6pm to 11pm and Friday to Sunday 5.30pm to 11pm, last order 10.15pm. Lunch is Saturdays and Sundays 12pm to 3pm, last order 2.15pm.
