The order we would put in

Mac and cheese with bang bang sauce first, every time. Bang bang is the sauce doing the heavy lifting on the whole menu, and mac and cheese is the topping with enough body to hold it.

Satay spud with chilli beef con carne is the A tier pick and the one to get if somebody in your group thinks a potato is not a meal. Egg mayo sounds like the boring option and then you put bang bang sauce on it and it stops being boring. That combination came up unprompted in our comments, which is usually the sign that a pairing is real and not just our own taste.

Where you actually find them

This is the annoying part and it is worth knowing before you make a trip. Ministry of Spud works pasar malams, bazaars and mall pop-ups rather than one fixed shopfront, so the stall that was at your nearest MRT last month is somewhere else this month.
