A Bib Gourmand means good food at a good price. It is a separate list from the stars, and most of Singapore's Bibs are hawker stalls and casual restaurants. The stars go to 45 restaurants this year, and you can see who got them in our Michelin star list for 2026.
The Coconut Club on Beach Road, pictured above, is one of the 97 Bibs. So are laksa and curry spots you might already walk past every week. For more laksa, our best laksa list covers the other styles.
· New Bib stalls get a queue spike for months after the list. Go on a weekday, earlier than you think.
· Hawker centres close for cleaning a few times a year. Check NEA's closure list before you travel across the island.
· Many hawkers are cash or PayNow only. Have both ready.
