Greenwood Fish Market opens its first mall outlet at VivoCity on Wednesday 4 November 2026, at #01-188 next to TANGS and Tiong Bahru Bakery, open daily 12pm to 10.30pm. Oysters start at $4.95 each, a weekday three-course set lunch is $29.95++, and the menu is the GFM you know from Bukit Timah and Quayside Isle, plus some new plates.
The address is 1 HarbourFront Walk, #01-188, VivoCity, next to TANGS and Tiong Bahru Bakery (HarbourFront MRT). GFM lists it as open daily, 12pm to 10.30pm, from 4 November 2026. It calls this a new GFM Bistro and its very first venture into a mall, after 23 years as a fishmonger and seafood restaurant.
There is alfresco seating and dogs are welcome outside, same as the other GFM outlets. That makes it one of the few proper sit-down spots for dog owners at VivoCity, which we covered in our pet-friendly malls list. For everything else to eat in the mall, see the VivoCity food guide.
The November 2026 VivoCity menu on GFM's site is seafood first. Some prices, before 10% service charge and GST:
Oysters from $4.95 each (Golden Mantle, Mary Point, Fine de Claire), up to $12.95 for a Krystale Spécial N.1. Cold Seafood Platter with half a lobster $119.95. Seafood Chowder Sourdough Bowl $15.95. House Fish and Chips $24.95. Bluefin Negitoro oshizushi $24.95. Lobster Mafalda for two, rock lobster in burnt butter tomato sauce with burrata, $79.95. Whole fish starts at $49.95 for a 500g to 600g branzino.

If you just want a quick lunch, the oysters and the chowder bowl are the low-commitment way in. The platter and the lobster pasta are for when someone else is splitting the bill.
On weekdays there is a three-course set lunch at $29.95++ (Monday to Friday, 12pm to 5pm): a starter like calamari, lobster bisque or sashimi, a main like snapper fish and chips, prawn aglio or an Angus cheeseburger, and coffee or tea. The four-course set dinner is $45.95++ (Monday to Friday, from 6pm) and adds dessert. Neither runs on public holidays or their eves, and some choices carry a top-up.
Greenwood Fish Market is not halal-certified. Its FAQ says it can guide you to dishes without pork or alcohol if you tell the team first.
· The set lunch is the best value on the menu. It stops at 5pm and is weekdays only.
· Bring the dog. Alfresco seats are pet friendly and staff bring a water bowl.
· Corkage is $50++ for wine, but GFM's Buy One, Bring One rule waives it on one bottle if you buy one from the list.
