We put two minutes on the clock over lunch and answered whatever got fired at us. Highlights: the interns got an 11 out of 10, someone will only do pilates above 500k, and one of us said 60 minus 21 is 39 with full confidence.
Two minutes is shorter than it sounds
That was the actual lesson. You think you can get through a dozen questions and then the timer is at 1:58 and you are still chewing.
The answers get honest fast because there is no time to build a nice version of them. Which is the reason we like this format and will keep doing it.

What it says about the team
The interns getting an 11 out of 10 is a joke and also not one. Most of what goes out on the account passes through people who joined us with no media background at all.

Good to know
· Set a real timer if you try this. The pressure is the whole format.
· Ask questions that can be answered in three words. Anything longer eats the clock.
· Film it somewhere loud and normal. A clean studio kills it.
