The sleeper hit of level 4. Mains from around $12 that come with a drink or soup, which for cafe food in this economy is honestly worth it, plus a cheesecake counter running ten different flavours. Open 8am to 10pm, so it covers everything from pre-flight breakfast to late dessert.

One terminal over from Jewel, and halal certified since February 2026 like every Tim Hortons in Singapore. Useful to know when you are seeing someone off and need a coffee that is not from a vending machine.

Not food, but the Jewel MUJI runs outlet-exclusive clearance sales that we have rushed down for ourselves. Worth a walk-through between meals, because the good stuff goes while stocks last.

ActionCity Cafe on level 4 (#04-223/4) does mains from around $12 that include a drink or soup of the day, open 8am to 10pm daily. By Jewel standards that is a steal.
