For East Coast and Siglap food, walk East Coast Road from the Katong end towards Bedok, then finish in East Coast Park. These 15 places follow that route: laksa and kaya toast first, Siglap cafes and prata next, Simpang Bedok for supper, then satay and crab by the sea. Siglap MRT (TE28) is the middle stop.
The Thomson-East Coast Line runs under Marine Parade Road, just south of the main road, so Marine Parade (TE26) serves the Katong end and Siglap (TE28) serves the Siglap shophouses and the Lagoon. Simpang Bedok sits a little north, near Tanah Merah on the East-West Line, and it is where you go after midnight.
One big change on the beach side: JUMBO closed its East Coast Seafood Centre restaurant on 30 September 2026 and Long Beach moved along the park to Coastal PlayGrove, so older lists pointing you to the seafood centre are out of date. Every hour below was checked on the venue's own site, their own socials or an official listing on 15 October 2026, and halal status only where the MUIS directory confirms it.
