The food around Bedok Reservoir runs along one road, Bedok Reservoir Road, and most of it is closer to Bedok North MRT (DT29) than to Bedok Reservoir MRT (DT30). This guide follows the road from Wee's Family Coffee Shop near Kaki Bukit MRT, past Pasar Makan @ Reservoir at Blk 630, to the Reservoir Village shops at Blk 739 to 746, then the HomeTeamNS clubhouse by the water and Kaki Bukit 511 on the Bedok Reservoir MRT side.
This is the quieter, residential end of Bedok: coffeeshops, a mid-size hawker centre and a couple of small cafes rather than malls. Refuel Cafe at Blk 744 is already in our Bedok guide, so it is not repeated here. If you are coming for a walk or a run round the reservoir, the HomeTeamNS outlets and Reservoir Village are the closest food to the park.
We checked addresses and halal status on 15 October 2026 against MUIS's register, NEA's hawker list and each venue's own pages where they exist; where a stall publishes no hours, the entry says so.
A family-run coffeeshop with a zi char kitchen at the Eunos end of the road. Their Facebook says the prawn noodle soup runs 8.15am to 1.30pm and the zi char starts at 11am, so they overlap at lunch.
A small HDB-block cafe, by its Facebook page, which pitches it as a place to slow down and sit. Come for a quiet coffee rather than a full meal. Hours are not posted, so message them on their page before making a trip.
The hawker centre for this stretch of Bedok. NEA's list says it was upgraded in 2006 and has 36 cooked food stalls and 75 market stalls, so it doubles as the estate's morning market. Go before lunch for the widest choice of stalls.
A fried rice stall in the coffeeshop at Blk 631, a block from the hawker centre. MUIS lists it as halal-certified, so it is the quick halal pick on the Eunos Grove side. Order it with an egg on top.
A sit-down pizza place in the Eunos Grove shops that MUIS lists as halal-certified. Useful when you have kids or a mixed group and the hawker centre is too hot. Share a large pizza and a couple of sides.
The coffeeshop at the start of Reservoir Village. MUIS lists stall 13 as halal-certified, a combined counter selling Ok Chicken Rice, Humfull Prawn Laksa and Madas Rendang. Get the laksa if it is a cool evening, the rendang rice if you are hungry.
A hole-in-the-wall takeaway coffee stand, and their Instagram bio calls it exactly that. Order your coffee and walk it over to the reservoir, a few minutes away. Hours change by day, so check their Instagram before you go.
A small bistro in the Reservoir Village shops, by its Facebook page, which sums it up as an ordinary bistro serving extraordinary dishes. Good for a sit-down dinner after a reservoir walk. Its Facebook page lists a phone number for bookings.
The breakfast stop by the water. Kopi, kaya toast and soft-boiled eggs before or after a lap round the reservoir.
Handmade dim sum upstairs at the HomeTeamNS clubhouse. HomeTeamNS's own guide describes dim sum, noodles and soups here, with last orders 30 minutes before closing. It is a sit-down option for a family lunch near the reservoir.
The nearest hawker centre to Bedok Reservoir MRT. NEA's list says it was built in 1979, has 42 cooked food stalls and gets crowded at dinner and supper. Our Bedok guide covers Tian Nan Xing Minced Pork Noodle and Seng Kee Black Chicken Herbal Soup here; the halal pick below is the other reason to come.
The halal nasi lemak stall inside Kaki Bukit 511. MUIS lists it as halal-certified. Order your sides at the counter and pay as you go.
Bedok North MRT (DT29) is 7 to 13 minutes from Pasar Makan @ Reservoir, Reservoir Village and HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir. Bedok Reservoir MRT (DT30) is about 7 minutes from Kaki Bukit 511 Market & Food Centre.
Yes. Pasar Makan @ Reservoir at 630 Bedok Reservoir Road has 36 cooked food stalls, per NEA's list. Kaki Bukit 511 Market & Food Centre at 511 Bedok North St 3 is the one near Bedok Reservoir MRT.
Yes. MUIS lists Fried Rice Story at Blk 631, US Pizza Cafe at Blk 632, the chicken rice, laksa and rendang stall at Happy Hawkers @ Reservoir Village and 511 Nasi Lemak at Kaki Bukit 511 as halal-certified. Check the certificate at the counter if it matters to you.
HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir at 900 Bedok North Road has Fun Toast for breakfast and Sum Dim Sum upstairs. Reservoir Village, Blk 739 to 746 Bedok Reservoir Road, has Bench Barista, Buddy Bistro and a coffeeshop.
Wee's Family Coffee Shop takes zi char orders until 10.15pm, per its Facebook page, and Sum Dim Sum is listed as open to 10.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays by a February 2025 HomeTeamNS guide, so check. Kaki Bukit 511 is busy at supper too.
Most picks sit under HDB blocks with HDB carparks nearby, and Reservoir Village has its own multi-storey carpark.
