313@somerset has 58 places to eat, with Somerset MRT opening straight into it by its own description. 34 of them are on Basement 3, and 9 are on MUIS's halal register, which we check because the mall's own halal tags do not match it.
Basement 3 is the main food floor, a long run of ramen, gyudon, Thai and dessert counters. Basement 2 has the sit-down grills and sushi. Level 1 faces Orchard Road with cafés and a few late spots. Level 4 has Haidilao and O'ma Spoon, and Level 5 is the Food Republic food court. Unit numbers and hours below come from 313's own directory, which Lendlease runs.

Hunan cooking, which means chilli and smoke, from a local chain that started in 2009 by its own listing. Basement 3, daily 11am to 10pm by 313's directory. Ask for the spice level down if anyone at the table is unsure.

Curry puffs, the brand that began in 1956 at a stall near the Rex Cinema by its own story, with egg, potato and chicken inside. On MUIS's halal register. Basement 3, from 7am on weekdays and 10am on weekends by 313's directory.

Chinese grilled fish for the table, with 12 flavours to choose from by its listing, from sweet and spicy to salted. Basement 3, 11.30am to 9.30pm, to 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Good for three or four sharing one fish. Not halal.

Japanese gyudon, beef on rice, from a chain that started in Yokohama in 1982 by its own listing. On MUIS's halal register. Basement 3, 10am to 10pm, to 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The fast bowl when you have 20 minutes.

Hokkaido ramen with an all-halal menu, and it is on MUIS's halal register. Each bowl is cooked to order, by the shop's own listing. Basement 3, 11.30am to 10pm, to 10.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays by 313's directory. The ramen answer for a halal group.

A Thai fast-food kiosk doing single plates quickly and cheaply, by its listing. On MUIS's halal register. Basement 3, daily 10am to 10pm by 313's directory. Takeaway first, so do not plan to linger.

Sushi that arrives by its Kousoku Express delivery system, with bring-your-own-device ordering, by the brand's listing. Basement 2, daily 11am to 10pm by 313's directory. Kids like the delivery train more than the sushi.

Steaks, chicken chops, fish and chips and a tomahawk for sharing, by the listing. Basement 2, daily 11.30am to 10pm by 313's directory. Western food at mall prices, and the safe pick for teenagers.

Tsuta Japanese Dining, a spin-off of the Tsuta ramen shop that 313's listing says was the world's first to win a Michelin star. The menu goes wider than ramen: maki, temaki, tonkatsu and rice bowls, cooked without MSG by the listing. Level 1, 10am to 10pm, to 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The unit is shared with Mrs Pho and Vanda Botanical Desserts in the directory.

SG-Mexican the sister outlet of Chimichanga, by its listing: chimichangas, tacos and quesadillas, with a bar, by its listing. Level 1, 12pm to 11pm, and to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays by 313's directory. Not halal.

This is a Tims Signature outlet, by the listing: single-origin brews and pasta bakes on top of the usual coffee and donuts. On MUIS's halal register. Level 1, daily 10am to 10pm by 313's directory.

Kaya toast grilled over a traditional grill, with kopi or teh. Level 1, open from 7.30am by 313's directory, hours before the mall opens at 10am. A breakfast stop, but the mall itself opens at 10am, so check which entrance is open.

A Swiss market restaurant on Level 1: meat from the apple-wood grill, fresh juices, Swiss hot chocolate and bread baked in-house, by its listing. There is an indoor playground for kids, so parents get to finish their meal. Daily 11am to 10pm by 313's directory, with the bakery from 8am.

Korean dessert café: bingsu shaved from milk, in its listing's words, honey butter bread and injeolmi toast, by its listing. Level 4, open to 11pm, and 11.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays by 313's directory. The after-dinner stop once the hot pot is done.

Sichuan hot pot, Level 4, open 10.30am to 11.45pm daily by 313's directory. The late table on this stretch of Orchard Road and the default for a big group. One catch from the listing itself: it does not take Lendlease vouchers.

The food court, Level 5, with 1,000 seats and more than 25 stalls by the mall's own listing. MUIS lists several halal-certified stalls inside. Daily 10am to 10pm by 313's directory.
The 16 above are the ones we would send a friend to. For completeness, here is the rest of 313@somerset's food directory, 42 more places, 58 in total. 9 of the 58 are halal certified. Unit numbers come from 313@somerset's own store directory, halal certification from MUIS's halal register, and are re-checked daily, last on 15 October 2026. Opening hours are the ones the directory publishes and change without notice.

Take the train to Somerset, NS23 on the North South Line. 313@somerset's own site says the station has an exit and entry point directly into the mall, and a 24-hour walkway links Orchard Road to Somerset Road through it. The address is 313 Orchard Road, Singapore 238895.

Yes. We go by MUIS's public register of certified eating places, because 313@somerset's own directory tags do not match it. 9 of the 58 places to eat here are on it: Eat Pizza, Ichikokudo Hokkaido Ramen, Old Chang Kee, Stuff'd, Subway, SUKIYA, Swee Heng 1989 Signature, Tim Hortons and Wokker by A-Roy Thai Restaurant. Inside the food court, MUIS also lists these stalls: Cik Lim Yong Tau Foo, Kenny Rogers Express, Kucina Kiosko, Padang Lezat, Pepper Lunch Express and Y&H Penyet. MUIS also lists San.wich by Swee Heng at #B3-23, which shares the Swee Heng unit. We re-check that list daily, but look for the certificate at the counter if it matters to you.
From the mall's own site: Monday to Thursday, $3.05 for the first hour, then $1.31 for every 30 minutes. Friday to Sunday and public holidays, $3.27 for the first hour, then $1.64 for every 30 minutes. Motorcycles pay $1.64 an hour. Rates include GST. There are 220 bays on Levels 6 and 7, entrance on Somerset Road.
By the mall's own site there are parents' rooms on Basement 3, Level 1 and Level 5, and a kids' playground at the Sky Terrace. Marché on Level 1 has its own indoor playground, which makes it the easiest family meal here.
By the mall's directory, Haidilao on Level 4 runs to 11.45pm daily. Chimi's on Level 1 goes to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, and O'ma Spoon on Level 4 to 11pm, 11.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Starbucks stays open to 11.30pm from Friday to Sunday.
