The Centrepoint is the mall on Orchard Road at Somerset MRT, Exit C. The mall's own site counts over 30 dining concepts across three food zones it calls Gastro+, Food Hall and Food Street; the 28 below are the ones its directory lists.

Level 1 has 9, from Tiong Bahru Bakery to 49 Seats, which runs till 11.30pm. Level 2 is the restaurant row: Din Tai Fung, Song Fa Bak Kut Teh and Song Gye Ok. Level 3 has ASTONS, GoroGoro and TORA-SAN, and Beauty in The Pot sits alone on Level 5, open till 6am by the mall directory, last order 4.30am. Every place below carries its unit number and opening hours from the mall's own directory.

Yes. 5 of the 28 places to eat at The Centrepoint are flagged halal certified in the mall's own store directory: Bird Avenue, Dapur Penyet, Fore Coffee, Mr Bean and The Dim Sum Place. We re-check that list daily, but certification is the shop's to hold, so look for the certificate at the counter if it matters to you.

Basement 1, which holds 12 of the 28 places, six of them kiosks. For a cheap sit-down meal, Malaysia Boleh! at #B1-13 is a food atrium of Malaysian hawker dishes, open 8am to 9pm by its own site.

How much is parking at The Centrepoint?

From the mall's own Visit page: on weekdays, cars pay $2.80 for the first hour, then $1.20 for every 30 minutes after. On weekends and public holidays it is $3.00 for the first hour, then $1.20 per 30 minutes. Motorcycles pay $1.60 per hour. The grace period is 10 minutes for cars and 30 for motorcycles, and the rates include GST.

Din Tai Fung on Level 2, Bird Avenue on Basement 1 and The Dim Sum Place, also on Basement 1, are the easy ones. The mall's own site lists Pirate Land among its indoor play options, and its Visit page lists nursing rooms, diaper changing stations and baby seats in toilet cubicles.
