Yo-Chi Westgate: The Third Singapore Outlet, Finally in the West

Yo-Chi Westgate: The Third Singapore Outlet, Finally in the West

Yo-Chi announced its third Singapore outlet at Westgate in Jurong East, due by September 2026. Same self-serve frozen yoghurt format as Orchard Central and The Star Vista: pull your own, top your own, pay by weight.

Why the west actually won this one

Yo-Chi opened at Orchard Central in August 2025 and at The Star Vista on 23 May 2026, so both were town or Buona Vista. Westgate puts it at Jurong East interchange, which is the first outlet that is genuinely convenient for anyone living past Clementi. That is a real change, not just another branch. Westgate is also one of the busiest mall clusters in Singapore, sharing the Jurong East junction with JEM and IMM, and we cover the whole food directory there in our Westgate food guide.

How Yo-Chi works if you have not been

It is self-serve. You take a cup, dispense frozen yoghurt from a rotating set of flavours, then load toppings from an open bar of fruit, sauces and crunchy bits, and the whole cup is weighed at the counter. Reported pricing is $3.50 per 100g. The rookie mistake is treating the toppings bar as free, because it is not, it is the heaviest part of the cup. Our write-up on the pandan flavour covers what actually goes into the machines.

Getting there when it opens

Westgate sits at 3 Gateway Drive, directly connected to Jurong East MRT (EW24 and NS1) via the covered link, so you never walk outside. The queue behaviour at the other two outlets suggests weekday afternoons are the calm window and post-dinner is not. Check Yo-Chi's own channels for the opening date before making a special trip, announced windows move.
