A Moment to Savour: MOSU Seoul and More Come to Singapore
A Moment to Savour brings visiting restaurant teams to Singapore from November 2026 to March 2027. Visa announced the series with Marina Bay Sands, UOB and Singapore Tourism Board on 27 October.
The first collaborations
On 17–18 November, the opening collaboration pairs Waku Ghin with MOSU Seoul, led by Culinary Class Wars judge Anh Sung Jae. December’s line-up includes Jin Ting Wan with Jing Xi Hui, a 16-hands event at The Black Pearl, and Labyrinth with Masque.

What follows in 2027
January pairs Saint Pierre with Taian Table. February brings Nusara and pastry chef Dej Kewkacha to Peach Blossoms. March features JAAN with NOBUO, Odette with L’air du Temps, and 1887 by André with a guest still to be announced.
