Suntec is two food scenes in one. There is the mall itself, which hides some genuinely good eating between the office crowds, and there is the convention centre upstairs, which hosts half the food and hobby festivals in Singapore.

Synthesis launched ice cream flavoured with traditional Chinese medicine ingredients in February 2026. It sounded like a dare and ate like a dessert. The restaurant is still open, but the takeaway scoops are not on its current lunch or dinner menus, checked on 6 October 2026. What is there now is TCM gelato inside the plated desserts, like braised nashi pear with red date and longan gelato at $18. Call 9727 4649 before you go just for a cup.

We called their set lunch hands down one of the best lunches we have ever had: everything tasted fresh and we did not get that bloated after-lunch crash despite eating through the menu. The set lunch is now $38++ a person on its own site, served 11.30am to 2pm daily with last order at 1.30pm, and dinner runs 4pm to 10.30pm. Forget your other Suntec lunch options.
