Asia Pacific Food Expo runs from 6–9 November 2026 at Singapore EXPO Hall 4. Entry is free, and the venue lists opening hours of 11am to 9pm daily.
What is at this year’s expo
The organiser says more than 100 local exhibitors are taking part, alongside overseas food businesses. The venue’s 2026 listing names exhibitors from China, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand, plus a Hokkaido Pavilion with food products from northern Japan.

Go for the stalls, not an assumed discount
The fair promotes show deals and product launches, but the official overview does not give a complete stall menu or price list. Compare the price and pack size at each booth before buying. Free entry does not mean everything inside is free.
Where and when
Head to Hall 4, rather than whichever EXPO hall has the biggest queue. The show runs across Friday to Monday, 6–9 November, from 11am to 9pm. The Singapore Food Manufacturers’ Association is the organiser; its event site is the place to check for later exhibitor updates.
