CÉ LA VI Turns 16: November Parties, Brunch and New Dishes
CÉ LA VI is marking its 16th anniversary with a month of events at Marina Bay Sands. The programme includes new Friday Sky Bar Sessions from 6 November, Lady in Red on 11 November and a rosé brunch on 14 November.

- 6 November: Sky Bar Sessions launches as a new Friday fixture.
- 9 November: Chef Joshua Bedell’s 15 new Modern Asian dishes arrive.
- 19 November: Darren Lim and Ning Ning from Taiwan’s Vender Bar take over.
- 25 November: A four-course E. Guigal wine dinner is planned.

Lady in Red: check the entry terms
The 11 November Club Lounge event starts at 10pm. Ladies receive complimentary entry and one glass of Prosecco from 10pm to midnight. General admission is $48 including one premium house pour. This is not a blanket free-entry offer for everyone wearing red. Guests must be 18 or older, and the club’s dress code applies.
Rosé Brunch: $118++
The 14 November restaurant brunch is listed for 11.30am–3pm, with a three-course menu, Whispering Angel rosé and other free-flow beverages for $118++. Last beverage orders are at 2.30pm. Guests must be at least 12; under-18s need an accompanying adult. Confirm current reservation terms and drink responsibly.
