Uncle Leong Signatures is selling a whole 600g to 700g crab for $38 a piece in any of 14 flavours at its Joo Koon and MacPherson outlets, and the brand's own Instagram post on 4 October 2026 extended the deal through October. A crab of 1kg and above is $78 a kilo on the same promo. Below is everything we could verify on Uncle Leong's own pages: the flavours, the fine print, both addresses with hours and nearest MRT, and how to book a table on Eventful Tables with $5 off.
The deal is simple. Pick a crab in the 600g to 700g band and it is $38 a piece, in any flavour on the board. Want a bigger one? Anything 1kg and above is $78 a kilo. Uncle Leong first ran this as a September special, with its 6 September post saying "available this September only, while stocks last", then posted on 4 October that "this October, there's even more reason to feast" with the same prices. So treat 31 October 2026 as the end unless they extend again.
Two honest notes. The brand writes $38 a piece, while our own reel overlay reads $38+, so check whether GST goes on top when you get the bill. And "while stocks last" is Uncle Leong's own wording from the first round, which means the small crabs can run out on a busy night. Go early or call ahead. We covered the first week of this promo when it was still a September deal; this page is the fuller guide.
Uncle Leong's promo post says 14 flavours. Its own website menu lists nine under Signatures Crab: Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Crab, White Pepper Crab, Salted Egg Crab, Hong Kong Style Typhoon Shelter Crab, Curry Paste Butter Crab, Shimmering Sand Crab, Claypot Crab Bee Hoon and Oreo Butter Crab. Its online ordering site adds Mala Crab, and the cereal crab we filmed for our reel makes eleven. The last three are on the board in the restaurant, so ask when you sit down.
Yes, Oreo Butter Crab is real. A 29 September collab post on Uncle Leong's own account calls it Singapore's first, and the comments under it are a mix of "wow" and "abomination". Our take: order it for the table that wants a story, and put a chilli or white pepper crab next to it so nobody goes home hungry. If you are new to the place, our Uncle Leong menu guide covers the zi char side.
Joo Koon: 1 Joo Koon Circle, #03-26, FairPrice Hub, Singapore 629117. Open 10.30am to 9.30pm daily per Uncle Leong's contact page. FairPrice Hub sits right next to Joo Koon MRT on the East West Line, which makes this the easy one if you are coming by train.
MacPherson: 1 Kampong Ampat, #01-08, One Ka @ MacPherson, Singapore 368314. Open 11am to 11pm daily. Tai Seng on the Circle Line is the closest station, about a ten-minute walk along Upper Paya Lebar Road, with MacPherson station a little further. This outlet shut for a short break on 31 August and reopened on 3 September 2026, so ignore any review from that week saying it is closed.
Uncle Leong also has a Hougang outlet at Blk 309 Hougang Ave 5, but both promo posts name only Joo Koon and MacPherson, and only those two are bookable on Eventful Tables. Still deciding? Joo Koon or MacPherson compares the two.
Book the MacPherson outlet at eventful-sg.com/tables-uncle-leong-signatures-macpherson or the Joo Koon outlet at eventful-sg.com/tables-uncle-leong-signatures-joo-koon. Pick your date and time, enter LEONG in the promo code tab, and $5 comes off your first booking when you pay. It is limited to the first 10 bookings, so if the code is rejected, that is why, and the $38 crab is still the same price without it.
One practical warning: the booking gets you the table, not the crab. The promo depends on stock on the day, so if you are planning a big crab dinner, tell the outlet when you book or call ahead.
· Go for the 600g to 700g band if you want the headline price. The 1kg crabs are priced by weight at $78 a kilo, so a 1.3kg crab is about $101, not $78.
· Order one classic (chilli or white pepper) next to anything novelty like Oreo or cereal, and ask for fried mantou for the gravy.
· Joo Koon closes at 9.30pm, two hours before MacPherson. Late dinners belong at MacPherson.
· The small crabs run out on busy nights and the brand's own wording is "while stocks last". Early dinner or a weekday lunch is the safe plan.
A whole 600g to 700g crab is $38 a piece in any of 14 flavours, and crabs of 1kg and above are $78 a kilo. Uncle Leong's own Instagram post on 4 October 2026 says the deal runs this October at its Joo Koon and MacPherson outlets.
Uncle Leong's 4 October 2026 post describes it as an October promo, so treat 31 October 2026 as the end date unless the brand extends it again. It began as a September-only special.
Uncle Leong's website lists nine: Chilli, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Salted Egg, Hong Kong Style Typhoon Shelter, Curry Paste Butter, Shimmering Sand, Claypot Crab Bee Hoon and Oreo Butter. Its ordering site adds Mala Crab, and a cereal crab is on the board too. Ask the outlet for the full list of 14.
