Torimitsu Singapore Pop-Up: $59.80 Yakitori at Tanuki Raw
Torimitsu is serving a $59.80 yakitori set on Tanuki Raw’s Orchard Central balcony for three months from 28 October. The pop-up hosts 15 diners at a time, with bookings from 6pm.
What does the set include?
The restaurant lists eight chef’s-choice skewers followed by chicken ramen. The selection changes daily. Each guest must order the Torimitsu omakase; extra skewers and dishes from Tanuki Raw can be added, but do not replace the set.

Where will you sit?
Takuhei Yamada’s team cooks on a 150kg charcoal grill in view of the diners. The setting is outdoors on the fourth-floor balcony, sheltered from rain and fitted with fans. Dress for a warm evening, not an air-conditioned counter.
