CHOYA Ginza Bar Singapore: Umeshu at Millenia Walk
The CHOYA Ginza Bar is at Millenia Walk, 9 Raffles Boulevard, #02-06. Its focus is Japanese ume, served through umeshu, cocktails and tasting flights, with food alongside the drinks.
Beyond a glass of plum liqueur
The current seasonal drinks list includes Mugi no Ume High Ball, The CHOYA Okudaru, Matcha Ume Sour and Kuro Ume. A separate signature menu covers tasting flights and the CHOYA X Series.

Hours and booking
The Singapore bar opens Monday to Thursday, 4pm to 11pm, and Friday to Saturday, 4pm to midnight. It is closed on Sundays.
Use the Singapore website’s menus and reservation link. CHOYA also has bars in Japan and Hong Kong, and their menus, prices and opening hours are not interchangeable with Millenia Walk. Check the current Singapore menu before setting a budget for flights and food.
