Osteria Da Su Singapore: Korean-Italian Pasta From $22++
Osteria Da Su brings Korean flavours into handmade Italian pasta at 163 Telok Ayer Street. Chef Suji Park’s menu starts at $22++ for cacio e pepe, with sesame alongside the pepper and pecorino.

What is on the menu?
The $30++ Tortelli di Galbi Jjim fills pasta parcels with braised pork and finishes them with butter-sage sauce and leek. Dakgalbi lasagna is $26++, while the $28++ spaghetti alle vongole uses Asari clams, minari and cherry tomato. This is a different proposition from the nearby Japanese-led pasta in our o/sio opening guide.
For something beyond pasta, black Angus bistecca with perilla salsa verde is $58++. Dalgona tiramisu is $14++, and pistachio crème brûlée is $12++. The menu adds 10% service charge and 9% GST.

Do you need a reservation?
The restaurant opens Tuesday to Saturday, 5.30pm to 10pm. Half its seats are kept for walk-ins, so a full online calendar does not necessarily mean the whole restaurant is booked.
Reservations open 30 days ahead. Parties of four or more are encouraged to book, only complete groups are seated, and reserved tables are held for 15 minutes.
