Solace Studios Kampung Photobooth at Geylang Serai Bazaar 2026

Solace Studios set up a kampung-themed photobooth, Kampung Solace, at the Geylang Serai Ramadan Bazaar 2026, which ran from 14 February to 21 March 2026 around Wisma Geylang Serai. It closed with the bazaar, so it is gone now, but Solace Studios still runs its regular studios and mall pop-ups.
What the Kampung Photobooth was
Solace Studios is a Singapore self photo booth brand, started in 2022 and known for Korean-style booths and themed rooms like their laundromat booth. For the bazaar they built something closer to home: a row of wooden kampung houses with pink shutters, a picket fence and flowers over the gate, all inside the bazaar grounds.

How much it cost and how it worked
Honeycombers' bazaar guide listed Kampung Solace at $10 for 2 photo strips, open noon to 11pm, with 8 themed rooms and cashless payment only. That is the same $10 for 2 strips Solace charges for a standard strip session at its studios, so the kampung set was no premium.
It was a smart fit. Raya is photo season, and this saved families from posing against a carpark wall.
Is it still there, and where are Solace booths now
No. The bazaar ended on 21 March 2026 and the booth went with it. We have not seen Solace announce a return.
Their own site, checked on 5 October 2026, lists studios at Jewel Changi Airport, JEM, VivoCity and 73 Haji Lane, plus pop-up booths at Cineleisure, Kallang Wave Mall, The Star Vista, Singapore Expo and Junction 8. They also rent out portable booths for weddings and company events.

Good to know
· Kampung Solace was cashless only, so most Solace booths are worth checking for payment type before you queue.
