Which days is GrillFest 2026 open

The schedule is four long weekends: Thu 23 to Sun 26 July, Fri 31 July to Sun 2 August, Fri 7 to Sun 9 August, and Fri 14 to Sun 16 August. Gates run 4pm to 10.30pm each event day and entry is free, you just pay for whatever you eat. Siloso Beach is a short walk or beach shuttle from Beach Station on the Sentosa Express.

What is new this year

This is the biggest line-up GrillFest has run, with 18 of the 42 vendors new for 2026. The headline addition is Chef's Grill, an eight-course omakase-style beachfront dinner in an air-conditioned tent, co-curated with the Singapore Chefs' Association and with guest chefs rotating weekly. There is also Marketplace by Indoguna, where you pick fresh ingredients off a chiller display and have them grilled to order, and Sunset Lounge by Asahi, a beachfront bar with DJs through golden hour.

What to eat at GrillFest

Jett BBQ is back with the dinosaur ribs that made their name, and they are also giving out 100 free smoked beef cheek tacos every event day, so get to Store 31 early. Beyond that, the stalls drawing queues are Smok Hous for Texas-style barbecue, DAMN for dry-aged meats, Umi Matsuri for robatayaki, Craft' B for grass-fed ribeye and Slurp Your Oysters if you want something that never touched a grill. Everything sits in one of five zones, so walk a full loop before committing your stomach.
