When the 2026 edition ran, and what it cost

GrillFest 2026 did not run daily. It opened on four long weekends: Thu 23 to Sun 26 July, Fri 31 July to Sun 2 August, Fri 7 to Sun 9 August, and Fri 14 to Sun 16 August. Gates ran 4pm to 10.30pm on each event day. Entry was free and there was no ticket to buy at the door, you just paid for whatever you ate. The one part you had to book and pay for up front was Chef's Grill, which started at $128 a head. Siloso Beach is a short walk or beach shuttle from Beach Station on the Sentosa Express.

What the 2026 line-up had

This was the biggest GrillFest that has run, with 42 vendors across five zones and 18 of them new for 2026. The headline addition was Chef's Grill, an eight-course omakase-inspired beachfront dinner in an air-conditioned tent, co-curated with the Singapore Chefs' Association and with guest chefs rotating weekly. Alongside it were Marketplace by Indoguna, where you picked fresh ingredients off a central chiller display and had them grilled to order, and Sunset Lounge by Asahi, a beachfront bar with DJs and live bands through golden hour.

The stalls people actually queued for

Jett BBQ brought back the dinosaur ribs that made their name, and also gave out 100 free smoked beef cheek tacos every event day from Store 31, which went early. The other stalls drawing lines were Smok Hous for Texas-style barbecue, DAMN for dry-aged meats, Umi Matsuri for robatayaki, Craft' B for grass-fed ribeye and Slurp Your Oysters for the one thing on site that never touched a grill.

When the next GrillFest is

Sentosa has not announced 2027 dates. What is on the record is that GrillFest has run every year since it debuted in 2017, with close to 800,000 visitors across those editions, and that 2026 was the ninth. Recent editions have landed in the middle of the year and run for about four weekends. When dates are published they go up on Sentosa's own GrillFest page first.
