What the Blue Flutter Series was

Blue Flutter is a run of Sanrio plush toys in sky-blue outfits. The one in our video is Cinnamoroll, sitting in a puffy blue cup with a pink cherry on his head. Our caption called it the first ever Blue Flutter Series, and the whole booth was themed around it, with blue shelves, a giant teapot and an arch you walk through.

MINISO has done a few of these Bugis+ atrium takeovers. A later one was mofusand, written up in what we saw at the MINISO x mofusand Bugis+ pop-up.

The free gift, and the catch

There was a free gift with no spend. Follow @moetch_official, @minisosingapore and CapitaLand Malls SG on Instagram, show it at the booth, and you got one random Sanrio characters acrylic stand. The designs were Kuromi, My Melody and Pompompurin. The catch: only 2,000 were made, while supplies lasted, so late-August visitors may have missed out.
