Haidilao Singapore put coriander in three things at once from 18 June 2026: an Extra Coriander Soup Base at S$12, a Coriander Spritzer at S$2.80, and an alcoholic Love at First Sip coriander cocktail at S$7.80. It ran across all Singapore outlets as a limited series, and Haidilao never published an end date.
Three items. The Extra Coriander Soup Base (S$12) is the centrepiece, a broth packed with coriander and built around the smell rather than the heat. It looks aggressively green but it is milder than it looks, and it is worth knowing that it is a chicken and pork base, not Haidilao's collagen chicken broth, so it is not vegetarian.
The Coriander Spritzer (S$2.80) is the sparkling one, meant to cut through a rich hot pot meal. Love at First Sip (S$7.80) is the alcoholic version and the bolder of the two.
If you like hot pot but not the theatre, our mookata buffet breakdown is the cheaper way to sit around a hot thing with friends.
Both, honestly. The green looks like a dare and the pricing was clearly built for the photo, but the soup base itself was restrained. People who hate coriander were never the audience. People who love it got a broth that does one job properly instead of hiding the herb in a garnish.
The cocktail is the one we would skip. Coriander in a drink is a texture problem more than a flavour problem, and the spritzer at S$2.80 does the same idea for a third of the money.
Do not count on it. It launched 18 June 2026 and Haidilao marketed it as limited time without ever announcing when it ends, which usually means it goes quietly. Check the menu at the outlet or in the Haidilao app before you make a trip specifically for it.
· The soup base is chicken and pork based, so it is not vegetarian despite looking like a salad.
· Order the S$2.80 spritzer before the S$7.80 cocktail. Same idea, third of the price.
· Haidilao never announced an end date for this series, so confirm it is still on before you plan around it.
