We found 9 live 1-for-1 offers for buffets in Singapore on 15 October 2026. The best value is Plate at Carlton City Hotel, from $56++ for two adults with five banks' cards, and Royale's daily 1-for-1, with blackout dates DBS says apply but does not name, on DBS, UOB, OCBC, Citi or Maybank cards. The Landmark's halal buffet needs no card. Racines' Saturday brunch ends 31 October, most others run into December.

Weekday lunch $85.90++ ($103.00 nett), weekend lunch $88.90++, weekday dinner $94.90++, weekend dinner $102.90++ ($123.40 nett). The restaurant says it is MUIS halal certified, which makes it the only halal 1-for-1 buffet we found. No end date published, checked 15 Oct 2026. Confirm on 6299 7786 that the price covers two adults. The same prices appeared on its Ramadan 1-for-1 menu earlier in 2026, so the label may be old; call before you go.
1-for-1 buffets with DBS, UOB, OCBC, Citi, Maybank or Standard Chartered
Plate, Carlton City Hotel, 1 Gopeng Street: adults get 1-for-1 with Citibank, DBS/POSB, Maybank, OCBC or Standard Chartered cards on three buffets. Flavours of Hong Kong lunch, Mon to Sat, $62++ weekdays and $68++ Saturdays and public holidays, listed by DBS until 30 December 2026. Ah Ma Porridge, Sunday lunch, $56++, until 27 December 2026. Canton Street Kitchen, Friday and Saturday dinner, $138++, which the hotel says runs until 18 December 2026. Adult pricing only, not on the free-flow beer and wine package. Sunday's Ah Ma Porridge at $56++ for two is the cheapest hotel buffet on this list.
Royale, Mercure Singapore Bugis, 122 Middle Road: 1-for-1 lunch and dinner buffets daily, with blackout dates DBS says apply but does not name, on DBS/POSB, Maybank, OCBC, Citibank or UOB cards. Lunch is $65++ to $70++, dinner $75++ to $100++. DBS lists the offer until 31 December 2026. Sunday to Thursday dinner at $75++ for two is the pick.
Café Mosaic, Carlton Hotel Singapore, 76 Bras Basah Road: 1-for-1 for adults with Citibank, DBS/POSB, OCBC or UOB on the Hong Kong Kitchen lunch, daily, $68, and the Hong Kong Seafood Dinner, Thursday to Saturday, $138, both plus 10% service charge and GST. DBS lists it until 30 December 2026. Not on public holidays or their eves. Seniors 55 and up get 50% off instead, not combined with the card deal.
Sun's Cafe, Hotel Grand Pacific: 1-for-1 Peranakan buffet at lunch and dinner with DBS/POSB cards, until 31 December 2026. Quote DBS/POSB when you book and pay, up to 20 diners per card per bill, not on a la carte, drinks or takeaway. The hotel names ayam buah keluak, pig's stomach soup and Nyonya laksa as signatures but does not publish the buffet price, so ask on +65 6431 1818. DBS lists a 1-for-1 American breakfast buffet on the same page too.
Opus Bar and Grill, voco Orchard Singapore: 1-for-1 Local High Tea, a semi-buffet high tea, on Saturdays 12pm to 3pm with DBS/POSB cards and promo code 1FOR1LHTDBS, until 26 December 2026. One receipt, no split bills. Not on public holidays, their eves or special occasions. It counts if you want a lighter afternoon rather than a full buffet.
1-for-1 buffets with HSBC Premier, Accor+ or PAssion Card
The Line, Shangri-La Singapore, 22 Orange Grove Road: 1-for-1 lunch buffet for HSBC Premier credit and debit cards, 11 May to 31 December 2026, while stocks last. Lunch is $68++ under the current price sheet, which runs to 25 October. Shangri-La's price sheet says promotions do not apply Monday to Friday, so this is effectively a weekend deal until the hotel says otherwise.
Racines Saturday brunch, Sofitel Singapore City Centre: $108++ per adult, Saturdays 12:30pm to 3pm, until 31 October 2026. Accor+ Explorer members (a paid membership) get 1-for-1 on adult prices for up to 8 people. DBS, OCBC, Citi, JCB and Maybank cards get 40% off instead. A $25 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of booking.
Window on the Park, Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre: 1-for-1 dinner buffet for PAssion Card members, valid till 31 December 2026. Racines, Sofitel Singapore City Centre, Level 5, 9 Wallich Street: Feast of the Straits, an all-you-can-eat dinner ordered from the menu. Sofitel's page says "$68++ per person" with a footnote "till 31 October, special price of $68++ per pair", and never calls it 1-for-1. 6pm to 10pm, 90-minute seatings, no card needed. Not stackable with other offers.
The rest need DBS/POSB cards and run until 30 December 2026: Seasonal Tastes at The Westin, 50% off the second adult at lunch and dinner; Beach Road Kitchen at JW Marriott South Beach, 50% off the second diner Monday to Thursday; Ellenborough Market Café at Paradox and Atrium Restaurant at Holiday Inn Atrium, 50% off the buffet.
