Six Singapore restaurants made Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2026, led by Odette at No. 19, which is also The Best Restaurant in Singapore 2026. Seroja is No. 20, Born No. 23, Les Amis No. 38, Labyrinth No. 40 and Nae:um No. 45. The list was revealed in Hong Kong on 25 March 2026, with The Chairman in Hong Kong at No. 1.

No. 19, Odette, National Gallery, 1 St Andrew's Road, #01-04. Julien Royer's modern French restaurant, named after his grandmother. The Best Restaurant in Singapore 2026.
No. 20, Seroja, 7 Fraser Street, Duo Galleria. Kevin Wong's Malay Archipelago menus. It also went up to two Michelin stars this year, more in our Seroja guide.
No. 23, Born, 1 Neil Road, #01-01. Zor Tan's nine-course menu inside the old Jinrikisha Station, the 1903 rickshaw depot in Chinatown.

The Chairman in Hong Kong was No. 1, Wing in Hong Kong No. 2 and Gaggan in Bangkok No. 3. It was the first time Hong Kong hosted the ceremony.
