What Age.3 is

Age.3 makes fried sandos. The bread is fried first, then stuffed, so you get a crisp shell around soft fillings like whipped cream and strawberries. The brand started in Fukuoka, and its Ginza shop is the one most Singaporeans saw on their feeds with a line outside.

The flavours we saw

From the photos in our post: strawberry and cream, a chocolate one studded with chunks, a matcha, an egg salad with a fried egg on top, and a fried noodle (yakisoba) sando. Sweet and savoury both, and the savoury ones look like a proper lunch.
