We confirmed 11 1-for-1 food deals in Singapore on 15 October 2026, from a $40++ weekday set lunch at Casa Mori to a $50++ afternoon tea for two at Royale. Ten need a bank card, PAssion Card or paid membership, and most run to 31 December 2026. Fast-food 1-for-1s are missing on purpose: none could be checked on a brand page.
Top photo: the afternoon tea set at Royale, 1-for-1 with four banks' cards. Photo: Mercure Singapore BugisMost 1-for-1 deals worth having this month are card deals on set menus. Buffets are in our separate 1-for-1 buffet list.

One free set per cardholder per table, dine-in only. Book 24 hours ahead on +65 8993 6049 and say "HSBC Cards Palate 1-for-1". The cheapest way into this list.
Brasserie Astoria, 11 Empress Place inside Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall: 1-for-1 weekday set lunch at $58++, HSBC Privé or Premier, 6 August to 31 December 2026. First 50 a month, not on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve. One free set per cardholder per table, dine-in only.

Close, but not 1-for-1: Shin Yuu, 8 Greenwood Ave: DBS lists it as "1-for-1 Omakase at S$198++ for 2 pax (U.P. S$318++)", paid with a DBS/POSB card, until 30 April 2027. Do the maths: that is about 38% off, not half, so we left it out of our 11.
Royale, Level 3, Mercure Singapore Bugis, 122 Middle Road: the afternoon tea set is $50++ a person with TWG tea, daily 2:30pm to 5pm, last order 4:30pm. 1-for-1 daily, with blackout dates DBS says apply but does not name, on DBS/POSB, Maybank, OCBC or Citibank cards. DBS lists its version until 31 December 2026. Mentaiko gyoza, quiche, Earl Grey scones and matcha cheesecake for two at $50++ is the best-value tea here. More around it in our Bugis guide.
The Rose Veranda, Shangri-La Singapore: 1-for-1 afternoon tea with HSBC Premier credit or debit cards, 11 May to 31 December 2026, while stocks last.
Hari's Lobby Lounge and Bar, Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre: 1-for-1 high tea for PAssion Card members, valid till 31 December 2026. Show the card or eCard when you pay, and book ahead since it is subject to availability.
Avocadoria: 1-for-1 Keto Avocado Coconut Shake at all outlets, weekdays only, not on public holidays, paid with a DBS/POSB card, until 31 December 2026.
BARtistry@ONE22, Mercure Singapore Bugis: 1-for-1 happy hour, daily 12pm to 7pm, on the hotel's happy hour menu. No card needed. No end date published, checked 15 Oct 2026. Mercure's page does not say which drinks it covers; its Instagram has shown different hours for one-off promotions.
We saw fried chicken bites, pasta, fish and chips, bubble tea and burger 1-for-1s on deal sites this week. None had terms we could open on the brand's own site, app page or a bank page, and three had already ended by 15 October. So we left them all out.
These usually run for two or three days and sit inside the brand's app. Open the app on the day rather than trusting a screenshot. If you want a sure discount without a card, our Eventful Tables partners run off-peak deals you can book free, like Family Mookata's 10% off food on weekday afternoons.
Burpple Beyond is a paid membership with 1-for-1 and percentage deals at over 500 merchants, per Burpple. Plans on its own page: $33 billed every three months, $99 for the first year, or $128 for the first year on the Gold plan. The $128 Gold plan was for the first 1,000 sign-ups and the page footer still reads 2024, so check the current price. Each outlet carries up to four deals. No end date, it is a subscription.
One 1-for-1 dinner for two can cover a quarter's fee, but only if places you already eat at are on it. Check the merchant list in the app before you pay. For buffet deals by price, see our best buffets guide.
· Read the monthly cap. Casa Mori and Canchita stop at 40 redemptions a month and Brasserie Astoria at 50, so book early in the month.
· The card has to pay the whole bill. For the HSBC deals the cardholder must also be at the table.
· Brasserie Astoria, Candlenut and Avocadoria list blackout dates, including Christmas and New Year at the first two; the others list none, so ask when you book.
As of 15 October 2026: set lunches at Casa Mori ($40++), Brasserie Astoria ($58++) and Canchita ($88++), Candlenut's set menu and Origin Grill starters with HSBC cards, afternoon tea at Royale, The Rose Veranda and Hari's, plus drinks at Avocadoria and BARtistry@ONE22. Shin Yuu's DBS omakase is close, but it is about 38% off, so it is not on the list.
For most of them, yes. The exceptions on our list are the BARtistry@ONE22 happy hour, which needs no card, and Hari's high tea, which needs a PAssion Card rather than a bank card.
We could not confirm any on 15 October 2026. Fast-food 1-for-1s tend to run for a few days inside the brand's app, so check the app on the day.
It costs $33 every three months or $99 for the first year, per Burpple. It pays off if two or three places you already like are on it, so check the merchant list first.
Most end on 31 December 2026. Canchita runs to 3 January 2027. The BARtistry@ONE22 happy hour has no end date published.
