43 places, every unit number checked

Aperia is not a shopping mall in the usual sense, and that is the thing to know before you go. It is a business development at the corner of Lavender Street and Kallang Road: two office towers with a three storey retail podium attached, and the 43 places to eat in it are there mostly to feed the people working upstairs. So it is quiet when other malls are full, and full at 12.30pm on a weekday.

The floor logic is simpler than anywhere else we have mapped. There is no basement. Thirty nine of the 43 places to eat sit on Level 1, in one long run from Tim Ho Wan at #01-01 down to Kenangan Coffee at #01-72, which is why this is a fast lunch building rather than a browse. Level 2 is the sit down floor and it holds only four: the FM Food Master food court at #02-16, Saizeriya at #02-14 and 15, Chef Foong at #02-09 and Pohang Seafood & Butchery at #02-10. Unit numbers on all 43 are below, pulled from Aperia's own store directory and re-checked daily.

The list, floor by floor

Level 1
Tim Ho Wan at Aperia Mall

1. Tim Ho Wan

#01-01/02/03

Hong Kong dim sum right at the front of the podium, so it is the first thing you walk into from Kallang Ave. The baked BBQ pork buns are the order. It is also the only F&B here the mall tags as party friendly for more than ten people, which tells you it is the one to book for a group.

Folks Collective & Slurp Noodle Bar at Aperia Mall

2. Folks Collective & Slurp Noodle Bar

#01-09 to 15, 17 to 19

Ten shop units wide, which makes it the biggest thing in the building by a distance. Two concepts under one roof, the Folks Collective side and the noodle bar. Go here when the group cannot agree and you actually want to sit down.

TALAD THAI BANANA at Aperia Mall

3. TALAD THAI BANANA

#01-09 to 15, 17 to 19

Thai banana pancakes, batter mixed fresh every day, and the whole menu is vegetarian friendly. A kiosk rather than a shop, so it is a walk past buy on the way out.

Ha Jun at Aperia Mall

4. Ha Jun

#01-28, 31AHALAL

One of only three halal certified places in the whole building, and the only one that is not a chain you already know. Korean food priced as a normal weekday lunch rather than a treat.

Zheng Neng Zhu La Mian at Aperia Mall

5. Zheng Neng Zhu La Mian

#01-28A, 32

Hand pulled la mian, cut fresh from hand kneaded dough, and they make a point of no artificial preservatives or flavouring. Two units next to Ya Kun, so that whole corner is the fast lunch corner.

Ya Kun Kaya Toast at Aperia Mall

6. Ya Kun Kaya Toast

#01-28B, 33

Kaya toast, soft boiled eggs and kopi from a name that has been doing exactly this since 1944. Two units on Level 1, and the default breakfast in a building where breakfast options are thin.

The Pack Protein & Salad bar at Aperia Mall

7. The Pack Protein & Salad bar

#01-30

Salad and protein bowls built at the counter, plus fruit, nuts and a few sweet things. In a building full of desks, this is the lunch that does not put you to sleep at 3pm.

Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks at Aperia Mall

8. Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks

#01-30A

Taiwanese night market snacks from a kiosk. XXL Crispy Chicken is the one people come for, and the handmade oyster mee sua is the one they forget it does. It is also the shop Aperia has been running its deal of the month with.

luckin coffee at Aperia Mall

9. luckin coffee

#01-34

The Chinese chain everyone orders through the app. Do that before you walk down rather than joining the counter queue, because this one outlet feeds two office towers.

PARIS BAGUETTE Cafe at Aperia Mall

10. PARIS BAGUETTE Cafe

#01-35

The Korean bakery chain, doing bread, cakes and a proper sit down cafe rather than a counter. Aperia's own What's On has been pushing its PARAN LABEL line, so that is the shelf to look at first.

Blanco Court Beef Noodle at Aperia Mall

11. Blanco Court Beef Noodle

#01-39

Hainanese style beef noodles from a name that started in 1979. The herbal stock does double duty: it is the soup in the wet version and the gravy in the dry one. Their own pick is the Superior Beef Noodles.

Banzai Izakaya Live House at Aperia Mall

12. Banzai Izakaya Live House

#01-44/45

New, and the only F&B in Aperia the mall files as a bar as well as a restaurant. Izakaya food, and live house is in the name. In a building that is mostly lunch, this is the one that answers what to do after work.

Martina's Kitchen at Aperia Mall

13. Martina's Kitchen

#01-60 to 61

One of the newest openings in the podium and the odd one out on this floor. Modern Peranakan on one half of the menu and Western on the other, so it works when one of you wants buah keluak and the other wants a steak.

Hundred Grains 百米香 at Aperia Mall

14. Hundred Grains 百米香

#01-65 to 66

You take what you want from the trays and pay by weight, and the rice, porridge and drinks come free with it. That makes it the cheapest full plate in the building, and the easiest place to eat light or heavy depending on the day.

Kenangan Coffee at Aperia Mall

15. Kenangan Coffee

#01-72

Indonesia's fastest growing grab and go coffee chain, started in 2017, more than 850 stores back home and only recently in Singapore. The Kenangan Latte is the one they are known for. Right at the far end of Level 1.

Level 2
Pohang Seafood & Butchery at Aperia Mall

16. Pohang Seafood & Butchery

#02-10

Seafood and a butchery in one shop on Level 2, and the only place in Aperia doing either. Level 2 is the sit down floor, so treat this as a dinner rather than a lunch run.

🍽 Korean seafood and butchery

Saizeriya at Aperia Mall

17. Saizeriya

#02-14, 15

Cheap Italian on Level 2, with ingredients the chain imports from Italy and Australia. This is the sit down answer when the table is four people and nobody wants to spend.

FM Food Master at Aperia Mall

18. FM Food Master

#02-16

The food court, and the only one in the building. It sits on Level 2 rather than in a basement, because Aperia has no basement retail at all. If you want a tray, a table and a choice, go up rather than down.

Every other place to eat here

The 18 above are the ones we would send a friend to. For completeness, here is the rest of Aperia Mall's food directory, 25 more places, 43 in total. 3 of the 43 are halal certified. Unit numbers and halal certification come from the mall's own store directory and are re-checked daily, last on 6 September 2026.

Quick answers

How do I get to Aperia Mall?

Lavender MRT (EW11) Exit B on the East West Line, or Bendemeer MRT (DT23) Exit B on the Downtown Line. Aperia's own page puts both at about five minutes' walk. By bus, stops 07379 (Before Kallang Ave) and 07371 (After Kallang Ave) are served by 13, 61, 67, 107, 107M, 133, 141, 145, 175 and 961. Driving, the entrance is off Kallang Avenue.

What time does Aperia Mall open and close?

There is no single answer, and that is not us dodging it. Aperia is a business development with a retail podium rather than a standard shopping mall, and CapitaLand does not publish one mall-wide opening time for it the way it does for its other malls. Each shop sets its own hours, so check the shop's own listing. The mall's customer service line runs 10am to 6pm daily on +65 6774 1033.

Is there halal food at Aperia Mall?

Yes. 3 of the 43 places to eat at Aperia Mall are flagged halal certified in the mall's own store directory: Ha Jun, McDonald's and Subway. We re-check that list daily, but certification is the shop's to hold, so look for the certificate at the counter if it matters to you.

Which floor is the food court at Aperia Mall?

FM Food Master, #02-16, on Level 2. It is the only food court in the building, and there is no basement food area, so if you want a tray and a table you go up rather than down.

Where is the cheapest food at Aperia Mall?

Hundred Grains at #01-65 to 66 is the one to know: you pay by weight and the rice, porridge and drinks come free with it. After that, the FM Food Master food court at #02-16 on Level 2, and the Level 1 kiosks like Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks at #01-30A and TALAD THAI BANANA.

How much is parking at Aperia?

From Aperia's own carpark page: Monday to Friday 2am to 5.59pm it is $1.64 for the first hour or part thereof and $1.09 for every subsequent half hour. From 6pm to 1.59am, and all day Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, the first 2 hours are free, then $1.09 per half hour on weekday evenings or a flat $2.55 per entry for subsequent hours at weekends. The free two hours is valid from 31 July to 30 September 2026 only. There is a 20 minute grace period and a $20 whole day cap.

Where can I get breakfast at Aperia Mall?

Ya Kun Kaya Toast at #01-28B and 33 for kaya toast and kopi, McDonald's at #01-24, which is halal certified, and PARIS BAGUETTE Cafe at #01-35 for a bakery sit down. For coffee only, Starbucks #01-26, luckin coffee #01-34 and Kenangan Coffee #01-72. Individual shops set their own opening times here, so check before an early start.

What is new at Aperia Mall?

The mall's own new stores list has four F&B openings: Madeleine's at #01-54, Heritage Tanglin Puff at #01-42A, Nai Nai Flavor at #01-57 and Martina's Kitchen at #01-60 to 61. Outside food there is Refash at #01-05 and 100 Island Beauty and Wellness at #03-02. Banzai Izakaya Live House at #01-44/45 and Steam By Local Coffee People at #01-70 are also flagged new in the directory.

Is anything on at Aperia Mall at the weekend?

Aperia's own What's On lists The Luggage Market, a preloved market of more than 45 booths, in the Level 1 Atrium on Sundays, and Rocketland, a free bouncing play zone for young children. Atrium programming changes, so check the mall's What's On before making the trip for it.
