Yo-Chi Kuala Lumpur: First Malaysia Outlet at TRX This December

Yo-Chi is opening its first Malaysia outlet in Kuala Lumpur in December 2026. The brand teased it on @iloveyochi.my, and SAYS reported on 23 September 2026 that the outlet will be at The Exchange TRX. No exact date yet. KL, it is finally your turn.

What Yo-Chi posted

The teasers on @iloveyochi.my were pure hype: the Yo-Chi bear getting his visa, a fake group chat of "jom Yo-Chi lah" and "lepak Yo-Chi on x on?", and then the line that did the work.

This December, KL is going to change forever. Their words. The location came from SAYS, which named The Exchange TRX as the site. We will update this when Yo-Chi posts an exact opening date, so treat December as the window, not the day.

Why this is a big deal in Singapore too

Singapore got Yo-Chi first. It opened at Orchard Central in August 2025, then The Star Vista on 23 May 2026, and a third outlet was announced for Westgate in Jurong East. The queues here were long enough that KL people have been watching from across the causeway for a year.

Singapore also got the limited stuff, like the Dubai chewy cookie that capped at 500 a day. Whether KL gets its own limited drops is the next thing to watch.

How Yo-Chi works if you have never been

It is self-serve. Grab a cup, pull your own frozen yoghurt from the machines, load up on toppings, and the whole cup is weighed at the counter. You pay by weight, toppings included. That is the trap. Fruit is heavy, and so is the brownie you told yourself was small.

Good to know

· The Exchange TRX is linked to Tun Razak Exchange MRT, on the Kajang and Putrajaya lines.

· Pay by weight means a lap of the toppings bar before you start saves money.

· Opening dates move. Check @iloveyochi.my before making a special trip.

· Follow @eventful_sg, our KL account is in on this one and will post the date when Yo-Chi does.
