A food drop is a limited pre-order: a set made with one vendor, capped at a fixed quantity, sold for a short window, then gone. Eventful Drops runs them with Singapore's most talked-about F&B names. You order online, a QR ticket lands in your inbox, and you collect in person. No queues for strangers, no restocks.
What exactly is a food drop
The idea comes from streetwear: a limited run, released once, in a fixed quantity. Applied to food, a drop is a set you can only get through the collab that made it. Every Eventful drop is built with one Singapore vendor, capped at a small number of sets, and numbered, so Drop #001 means exactly that: the first one. When the counter hits the cap or the window closes, the drop ends. The point is not a discount. It is getting something that is not on any menu and will not be again.
How ordering works
Each drop lives on its own page at eventful-sg.com/drops while it is open. You pre-order and pay online, choose your collection day where the drop offers one, and checkout happens through a secure Shopify-powered flow. Your confirmation email carries a personal QR ticket. That ticket is your set: staff scan it once at collection, and it cannot be reused.
Collection day
You bring the QR ticket on your phone to the collection point named on the drop page, on the day you picked. A staff member scans it, you get your set, done. Because each ticket scans exactly once, screenshots of someone else's ticket do not work. Collection details and cut-off rules are printed on each drop's page, and they differ per drop, so read the T&Cs on the page before ordering.
Why drops sell out
Every drop is capped, most at a few hundred sets or fewer, and the current drop, the Mystery Cheese Box by PRESSED! by Cheeselads, is limited to the first 150 orders with a two-per-person cap. Once a drop closes it does not restock, and the next drop is a different vendor and a different product entirely.

How do I get my ticket after ordering?
Your order confirmation email contains a link to your personal QR ticket page. Save it or keep the email. You show that QR at collection and staff scan it once.
Can I buy at the venue without pre-ordering?
No. Drops are pre-order only and capped, and most sell out before collection day. If the drop page shows sold out, there is no walk-up stock.
What happens if I miss my collection window?
Each drop sets its own rule on the drop page. For the current drop, sets not collected by the end of the collection window are forfeited, so pick a day you can actually make.
How often do Eventful drops happen?
There is no fixed schedule. Each drop is a one-off collab with one vendor, typically open for around two weeks. New drops are announced at @eventful_sg on Instagram and at eventful-sg.com/drops.
