Waku Ghin Adds Hanare and a $250++ Five at Five Menu
Waku Ghin has introduced two different ways to book dinner: Hanare, a four-seat private counter, and Five at Five, an early five-course experience. Marina Bay Sands announced both on 19 October.

Hanare: a four-seat private counter
The cherrywood room serves six seasonal courses at $288++ per guest, with chef Shuji Yoshitaki leading the experience. It runs Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm until late. Contact the restaurant ahead for the small counter rather than assuming walk-in space.
For alternatives around the resort, see our Suntec food guide.
Five at Five: the early dinner option
The five-course Chef’s Table menu is $250++ per guest, offered nightly from 5pm to 7pm. Announced highlights include Canadian lobster and Ohmi Wagyu, though seasonal ingredients can change. This is a separate format from the restaurant’s longer Chef’s Table menus.
Before you book
Waku Ghin is at The Shoppes #02-03. Its dress code is smart casual, with closed-toe shoes. Children must be at least 10 and accompanied by an adult. Tell the restaurant about dietary restrictions in advance; ++ prices exclude service charge and tax.
