Butcher’s Block’s Autumn IMUA Menu: Six-Course Lunch or Seven-Course Dinner
Butcher’s Block is serving its Autumn IMUA tasting menu at Raffles Singapore, with a six-course lunch and seven-course dinner.
Choose the format before the reservation
The autumn tasting experience is S$178++ per guest at lunch or S$238++ at dinner. Chef Jordan Keao’s approach centres on wood-fire cooking, whole-animal butchery and seasonal ingredients. Wine pairing costs extra.
The S$78++ three-course business lunch listed on the same page is a different experience, available Wednesday–Friday. This is separate from IMUA.
Lunch and dinner run on different days
Lunch is Wednesday–Saturday from noon, with last seating at 2pm. Dinner is Tuesday–Saturday from 6pm, last seating at 9.30pm. The restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday.
