SAUS at Robertson Quay Starts Lunch and Dinner on 1 Nov
SAUS at the new DoubleTree by Hilton Singapore Robertson Quay starts lunch and dinner service on 1 November, according to Hilton’s launch announcement. The restaurant puts sauces, sambals and marinades at the centre of its menu.
What SAUS is serving
Hilton’s announced highlights include Nyonya prawn salad, grilled lemongrass chicken, Wagyu-cheek beef rendang and seafood bakar with sambal. The restaurant’s Four Corners of Flavour concept brings together more than 40 house-made condiments.

A café-bar next door
Brew:33, the hotel’s other dining concept, combines coffee, cookies and craft beer. Its announced small bites include satay and bak kwa sliders. It is a separate lobby lounge rather than another station in SAUS.
Where and what to check
The hotel is at 401 Havelock Road, around a five-minute walk from Havelock MRT according to Hilton. Its dining page lists SAUS breakfast at $32++ per person, but that is not a lunch or dinner price. Check the current menu and service times directly before visiting.
