THREE. by Garamika Buffet 2025: Indonesian Food Served on the Table

No plates, that was the point

The food went straight onto banana leaf on the table. Grilled chicken, oxtail, rendang, tofu, bean sprouts and sambal, all in one heap you ate from together. The restaurant calls it Table is Plate, and it borrows from kampung feasts where nobody had their own plate.

THREE. is run by three Indonesian-born sisters, Gabby, Rachel and Mika, which is where Garamika comes from. They started in Toa Payoh in January 2023 with their family's oxtail soup and later opened at Springleaf. We wrote up which set to pick in a second post.

What it cost

Set A, chicken, was $23.50 a person. Two more sets added beef and oxtail, at $26.50 and $29.90. The sets came as a full spread of their best items. Only Set D, at $38.50 a person, was free-flow, topped up as you ate.

Per our post, it ran until 30 November 2025, 7.30am to 2.30pm and 5pm to 7.30pm daily. A December review on The Lifestyle Collective said it had been extended to 31 December 2025, with a two-person minimum.

Can you still do it

THREE. by Garamika's own site says it is no longer serving the buffet (threebygaramika.com, checked 15 Oct 2026). The Springleaf outlet is still open: breakfast 7am to 11am and lunch 11am to 3pm daily, dinner 5pm to 9pm Friday to Sunday. They still do plate trays, so message them if you want the spread for a group. Springleaf MRT is right there, and so is the other Springleaf buffet we covered.
