Things to Do at Plaza Singapura (2026): Daiso, LEGO, Toys

The best things to do at Plaza Singapura are browsing the three-unit Daiso on Level 5, the LEGO Certified Store by Bricks World (#03-17) and the claw machines at FUN CLAW (#04-68A). If you came for a film, note that neither the mall's directory nor Golden Village's cinema list shows a cinema here as of 15 October 2026. The mall is open 10am to 10pm, directly linked to Dhoby Ghaut MRT.

Daiso on Level 5 (#05-01 to 03)

Plaza Singapura's Daiso takes three units on Level 5, and the mall's directory describes the brand as carrying over 90,000 products. It is the kind of shop you enter for one thing and leave with twelve.

Who it suits: students, new homeowners, anyone stocking up on storage boxes. Our take: go on a weekday afternoon if you want aisles to yourself. Plan lunch with our Plaza Singapura food guide, which lists all 87 places by unit.

LEGO Certified Store by Bricks World (#03-17)

Bricks World stocks a wide range of LEGO series, from Marvel and DC minifigures to car models.

Who it suits: kids and adult collectors. Our take: one of the more central LEGO stores, handy if you are already on Orchard Road.

Claw machines and collectibles

FUN CLAW (#04-68A) is a space just for claw machines. For collectibles, POP MART is at #01-67, CO PLAY (#03-67 to 03-69) focuses on pop-culture art, Precious Thoughts Playground (#03-22A) rotates themed plush and toys, Simply Toys Collective (#03-43 to 46) is new, and TOG (#06-04) sells video games and action figures.

Who it suits: teens and collectors. Our take: set a claw budget before you start, the machines are the easy part.

Craft supplies: Spotlight and Art Friend

Spotlight (#05-11 to 19) sells fabrics, craft and home items, and Art Friend (#B1-10 and #B1-13) stocks art and stationery supplies.

Who it suits: parents doing school projects, hobby painters. Our take: this pairing is the real reason crafty people come here.

Music: Yamaha Creators' Crossing

Yamaha has its music store and music school at #06-01, #06-03 and #06-21 to 24, and Yamaha Creators' Crossing at #06-02.

Our take: a quiet floor worth a wander if you play, or want to.

MUJI and the walk to The Atrium@Orchard

MUJI spreads across #01-10 to 22. Plaza Singapura is also joined to The Atrium@Orchard on Levels 1, 3 and 4, so you can walk between them indoors.

Our take: a good rainy-day loop with Dhoby Ghaut MRT at the bottom.

What happened to the cinema?

Plaza Singapura's directory, checked on 15 October 2026, does not list a cinema, and Golden Village's current list of cinemas has no Plaza Singapura branch. If you want a film nearby, check GV or Shaw for the nearest show before you set off.

Good to know

· The Customer Service Counter is on Level 4, in front of Typhoon Cafe (#04-63/67), open 10am to 10pm.

· Basement 2 links straight into Dhoby Ghaut MRT, which has the North-South, North East and Circle lines.

· The car park height limit is 2.1m.

· CapitaLand says enhancement works affect some carpark levels; use the Level 3 and Level 5 entrances.
