What the Singapore Flyer bazaar was

Street Eats Under The Stars is the Flyer's own night market, held only over the National Day period. The first one was in 2024, and 2025 was its second year. You eat at outdoor tables by the waterfront with the wheel lit up behind you, which is the whole point.

If you wanted to go up too, the Flyer had a 1-for-1 deal that month for August-born Singaporeans and PRs, covered in our August Babies 1-for-1 article.

Which stalls were there

Our post tagged Quicky SG, Meokja SG, Mehlah Meokja, Ministry of Spud and Only Toast, with TLK Events as the bazaar operator. The table in our opening shot had mac and cheese, a thick toast sandwich stuffed with beef, egg and purple cabbage, takoyaki and an omelette under a pile of bonito flakes, potato cubes with spring onion, and fried noodles.

That is a lot of carbs for one table. We did not regret it.

Timings, and why 9 August was different

The bazaar ran 3pm to 11pm from 6 to 10 August 2025. On 9 August it stayed open till 1am, so you could watch the National Day fireworks over Marina Bay and still get supper after. The Flyer is a 10-minute walk from Promenade MRT, and the area gets packed on National Day evening, so go early. The Flyer also runs other big-date events, like its NYE countdown packages.
