Sanrio Blue Flutter Series Singapore 2025: The Plush We Saw First

The Sanrio Blue Flutter Series was a run of fluffy sky-blue Sanrio plush, launched in Singapore by MINISO and MOETCH at a free pop-up in the Bugis+ Level 2 Atrium from 8 to 31 August 2025. We posted the teaser a week before it opened. The pop-up has ended, so this is what the series looked like and where Sanrio fans went next.

Which characters were in the Blue Flutter teaser

The teaser image showed four characters, all in the same powder-blue fluffy hoodie with a pink heart on the chest: My Melody, Kuromi, Cinnamoroll and Hello Kitty. Kuromi kept her skull, My Melody kept her pink bow, and Cinnamoroll was tucked into a little blue cup.

That matching outfit is the whole appeal. It is a set you want all of, which is exactly how blind-box style ranges get you.

What the Bugis+ pop-up was like

The pop-up itself ran 8 to 31 August 2025 and entry was free. We covered the booth, the free acrylic stand gift and its 2,000-piece cap in our full write-up of the Bugis+ Blue Flutter pop-up, so we will not repeat it here.

Where Sanrio pop-ups went after Blue Flutter

Bugis+ became a regular stop for MINISO collabs after this, with mofusand taking the same atrium later in 2025 (what we saw at that one). Sanrio itself came back in 2026 with the Moonlit Garden pop-up at VivoCity.
