Saizeriya Singapore New Grand Menu 2026: What the Teaser Tells Us
Saizeriya Singapore posted a "Grand Menu Coming Soon" teaser on its own channels in mid September 2026, six months after its last big menu refresh in March. No launch date, no item list and no prices have been released yet. Here is what the poster shows, what the current menu costs, and what to expect.
What the teaser actually shows
The poster is Saizeriya's Italian flag layout with six greyed out plates: two pastas, a salad, what looks like a doria, a plate of escargots and a dessert. Everything is deliberately blurred, which is the point. It tells you a new Grand Menu is coming and nothing else.
Our comments filled with the same question, and the honest answer is that Saizeriya has not said when. When they refreshed the menu in March 2026 the new PDF went up on saizeriya.com.sg on 23 March and the outlets switched over the same week, so watch the website's menu page rather than waiting for a press release.
What the last Grand Menu changed, and what things cost now
The March 2026 Grand Menu added arugula salads, an Eggplant Bacon pizza and an Eggplant Milano Doria, and a Pistachio Mont Blanc dessert. Prices on that menu are nett, GST included and no service charge, which is the real reason Saizeriya wins the group dinner vote. Anchors from the current menu: Margherita pizza $7.90, the free-flow drink bar $2.90 per person ($1.50 for kids aged 4 to 12), Tiramisu $4.90.
Saizeriya's pattern is to add a handful of items and quietly drop a few slow sellers each refresh, so if you have a favourite that is not a best seller, order it now.
