Peach Blossoms Refreshes Its Menu With Chicken Rice Tart and Otah-Inspired Rolls
Peach Blossoms introduced its new à la carte menu on 15 October, following a three-month kitchen transformation and interior refresh.

Familiar Singapore flavours in a different form
Chef Edward Chong’s menu draws on Hakka, Teochew, Hokkien, Hainanese and Cantonese traditions alongside Southeast Asian flavours.
The Chicken Rice Tart pairs chicken-fat rice with cured kampachi and caviar. Crisp Air Roll takes inspiration from otah, while another dish interprets Buddha Jumps Over the Wall through a peppery bak kut teh-style broth. These are the restaurant’s descriptions, not a claim that we have tasted or ranked the dishes.
