Hairy Crab Season at MBS: Dumplings From S$22 and a Longer Jin Ting Wan Run
Hairy-crab menus are back at Marina Bay Sands, with different ways to order: a small dim-sum addition at Le Ju Xuan or a more extensive seasonal selection at Jin Ting Wan.

Le Ju Xuan: four xiao long bao for S$22++
The seasonal menu lists four Hairy Crab Roe Xiao Long Bao at S$22++ and Sautéed Fish Maw with Hairy Crab Roe at S$98++. This is an à la carte menu, not an all-you-can-eat crab promotion.
The seasonal dishes run from 15 October to 30 November. Find Le Ju Xuan in the Hotel Tower 2 lobby. Lunch runs 11am–5pm, with last seating at 4pm; dinner finishes at 10.30pm Sunday–Thursday and 11pm Friday–Saturday, with last seating half an hour earlier.
Jin Ting Wan: a menu running to 15 December
Jin Ting Wan’s seasonal offering runs from 16 October to 15 December. Examples include marinated hairy crab with 20-year aged yellow wine at S$128++, hairy-crab roe and tomalley with rice at S$68++ per guest, and pan-fried dumplings at S$15++ per piece.
The restaurant is on Level 55 of Hotel Tower 1. Lunch last seating is 2.30pm and dinner last seating is 9.30pm. Yellow-wine pairing is an optional add-on, not automatically included with those dishes.
Check the serving unit before comparing prices
A four-piece basket, an individual rice portion and a crab dish are not equivalent orders. Confirm the portion, seasonal stock and final bill when booking; the quoted menu prices carry 10% service charge and prevailing GST.
