Jia Wei’s menu refresh, introduced on 6 October, brings new à la carte dishes, dim sum and set-menu choices to Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy.

Seafood, wok dishes and a sweet finish
Highlights announced by the hotel include Boston lobster with Nanyang spicy sauce, pork jowl stir-fried with bittergourd and black bean sauce, and a claypot of Guangdong sea cucumber with Hokkaido scallop.
On the sweeter side are fried milk pudding and a green tea and mung bean dumpling. The restaurant’s Nanyang direction combines Southern Chinese cooking with Southeast Asian ingredients; choose from the relevant menu rather than assuming every dish is part of one set.
The restaurant is closed on Mondays
Jia Wei is on Level2 at 50 East Coast Road. Tuesday–Friday and public-holiday-eve lunch runs noon–3pm; weekend and public-holiday lunch begins at 11.30am. Dinner runs 6pm–10pm on operating days.
Use the official menu PDFs and reservation link for current dish prices and any advance-order requirements. For a group meal, confirm portion sizes before ordering several seafood dishes. The hotel’s buffet offers belong to a different dining format, not this à la carte menu.
