Ministry of Spud at the Great Christmas Village, Ngee Ann City 2025

Ministry of Spud ran a stall at the Great Christmas Village on Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza, outside Takashimaya, until 1 January 2026. The village was a Christmas carnival by Kiztopia with rides, games and food booths, and Ministry of Spud's loaded potatoes and mac and cheese were the food we went for.

The Great Christmas Village was on the open plaza in front of Ngee Ann City, beside the big fountain. Kiztopia ran it from 8 November 2025 to 1 January 2026, with a second village at Shaw House. Under the fairy-light roof there were carnival rides, game booths and a row of food stalls, and Ministry of Spud was one of them.

What we ordered

We went for a spread: loaded baked potatoes, mac and cheese with bang bang sauce and an iced drink on the side. If you know the stall, you know the mac and cheese is the one. It topped our Ministry of Spud tier list by a clear margin.

Where Ministry of Spud is now

Ministry of Spud moves between night markets and festivals rather than sitting in one shop. In 2026 we caught them at the Sembawang pasar malam with a new Chilli Con Nachos. Their Instagram, @ministryofspud, is the only reliable way to know where the stall is this week.
